The outer space market fully deserves the name of the world market. The legal basis of it consists of the rules contained in four international treaties, concluded after the UN General Assembly resolution of December 13 1963. All the four Treaties were concluded between 1967 and 1975 and are open for all states. The concept of the space object being mentioned in these international treaties plays a significant role for the market activities in the outer space as well as the concepts of the nongovernmental legal person and of freedom of use of the outer space for peaceful purposes and all other concepts of these Treaties.

This article deals with the legal analysis of taxstimulation issues of activity of innovation subjects and offers suggestions on improving taxcode rules.

The rapid development of information and communication technologies which created a new electronic, digital form of existence for library stock and carrying out library activity actively builds-up a necessity in new ways of regulating the relevant range of social relations. The corpus of this regulative novations being formed is sometimes referred to as Digital or Internet law.The relevant vector of development seems to become the one which would equally fairly and efficiently protect private interests of subjects of creating and functioning digital library resources, their users and wider interests of postindustrial development of personality, society, business, and state.

The range of the subjects for study and research available to law students at universities and law schools has been extended over the recent years. To large extent, those newly introduced disciplines and areas of learning cover a relatively limited scope of subjects which are related to the major, “foundation” courses. However, a development of the professional orientation in the study of law and legal research, as well as a shift towards a new framework of professional law education also require diversification of specific subjects. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to outline the International Tax Law course and its potential as a separate discipline for study and research.

The concept of legal state is deeply rooted into the contemporary legal discourse but there are different approaches to the definition — studying these approaches can be significant to build-up legal practice.
