Abstract

In the article the author tackles the problem of making up subject matter in a contract for design and survey work in construction business as a requisite which being ignored may make contract void. The main idea is that subject matter of contract involves object of legal relations and subject matter of obligation. Subject matter of contract for design and sur­vey work is treated as a result of agreement where meeting of minds is aimed at obtaining project materials.
