ON DEVALUATION OF ROUBLE AND CRIMINAL LAW

Abstract

The article is a research of criminal law mechanism of property protection to correlate the tool with the inflation and deflation processes becoming acute during the financial crisis. The analysis of the connection between criminal law and economic processes establishes that it tends not to resolve, but aggraviate stratification in modern society.
