Abstract
The article deals with the interdependence of such concepts as activities of the court and justice, it examines the essential features, attributing judicial activities to administration of justice. The article deals with the administration of justice as a form of judicial activity, designed to settle a legal conflict, it examines the new legal regulations, including simplified procedures, in terms of their relationship with the administration of justice.
